About Serena Cooper Physiotherapy

Serena is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist providing high-quality physiotherapy to patients across Duncton, Petworth, Midhurst, Chichester, and the wider West Sussex area.

She completed her Master’s in Pre-Registration Physiotherapy at Southampton University in 2011 before beginning her career at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, progressing from a junior physiotherapist to working as an advanced practice physiotherapist. During this time, she developed specialist skills in MSK assessment and triage, particularly for complex back and radicular pain, along with lower limb conditions.

For the past four years, Serena has worked in private practice, offering evidence-based physiotherapy for a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. She uses a combination of tailored exercise programs, manual therapy, and soft tissue techniques to help reduce pain, restore movement, and improve long-term function. Her approach is grounded in clear assessment, patient-centered treatment planning, and progressive rehabilitation.
